Refund Policy

At Meetatreno, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist. Please review the information below for details on how to request a replacement or refund. You can initiate your request via our support email: support@meetatreno.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

ELIGIBILITY

Please note that our return and refund policy is valid for:

  • 30 days from the delivery date

  • 15 days from the order date (for replacement/refund requests only)

If your purchase exceeds this timeframe, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

SHIPPING ISSUES

If you encounter one of the following shipping issues, please contact us immediately to report the problem and request a refund or replacement:

No tracking progress:

  • U.S. orders: If the tracking status has not been updated for more than 7 business days

  • International orders: If there is no update for more than 10 business days

  • Note: Refunds cannot be issued for delays due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances affecting our carriers.

Delivered to the incorrect address:

  • If the package is delivered to an address different from what was provided, we will offer a refund or replacement.

  • Package returned to sender despite a valid address:

  • We are happy to resend the order or issue a refund.

Lost in transit:

  • If the post office has confirmed your package is lost in transit, we will replace your order or offer a full refund.

RECEIVED ITEM(S)

If your item arrive damaged/incorrectly/defective or other valid reasons for return, you can request a return/refund/replacement within 10 days from the date of purchase. To expedite this process, please reach out to our customer support team and provide photos or documentation of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly, offering either a replacement or a full refund.

Since our products are custom-made to order and sold on demand, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for errors that originate from the customer's end including the following cases:

  • Invalid shipping address entered

  • Incorrect quantity of item purchased

  • Improper care or damages in use

  • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors,...

  • Product corresponds to its description noted on our website

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

To file a claim, please email us at support@meetatreno.com with the following details:

  1. Email address

  2. Subject: Order Issue

  3. Issue Type: Choose the issue that best matches your case

  4. Request Action: Replace or Refund

  5. Order Number

  6. Attach Proof: Include pictures or videos of the issue

Our support team will review your claim and the attached proof. If your item is eligible, we will resend the product at no additional cost. If sending a replacement isn’t feasible, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

EXCLUSIONS

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses or invalid address entries

  • Damage caused by improper care or use

  • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

In these cases, we may offer you a discount on a re-order.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note, modifications are not allowed for replacement items.

Important: Do not return the item(s) you received, as we do not accept physical returns. Contact us first for any issues before returning any products.
