- Original tags must be intact.

- Pack the Hat:
- Pack the hat securely in the original packaging or an appropriate alternative to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the return authorization and relevant documentation inside the package.
- Shipping:
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective.
